Returns policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened and unused in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us via f.vandeneynde@pigeoncenter.be. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Raymond Delbekestraat 165, 2980 Sint-Antonius-Zoersel, Belgium.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without a return request having been submitted first will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and offer a solution.
Exceptions / items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as supplementary products) or ringed and numbered pigeons, as these cannot be resold and become contaminated once in the customer’s possession. We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.
Online shops
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are dispatched to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, sealed, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As mentioned above, pigeons cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will contact you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
